I was wondering when New England was going to show up for the game? Let's see, my son believes that I think all big sports games are rigged. So, how does an 18-0 team play so poorly in the first three quarters?

Well, if it had been a blow-out, then who would have watched all those expensive (and really not as funny as years past) commercials? A lot of us would have tuned out. Instead, New England shows up in the fourth quarter and really starts to play. Like Eric said, Giants defense looks tired - but hey! Now the Giants really believe they can win!

The Circus pass and catch - that's what did it. Wing the ball up in the air while people are grabbing your shirt (what happened to 'in the grasp' whistles?) and it's a jump ball between two defenders. Cradle the ball against your helmet and come down with it without it hitting the ground and coming loose? Unbelievable.

For those of us who have been life-long New England fans - how tragic.
